To Be Removed from Our E-mail Marketing Database
Although we would like to keep you updated on promotions and exciting events, we do not want to send you unwanted e-mail. If you would like your e-mail address removed from our marketing database, please contact us toll free at 800-243-3543, e-mail “REMOVE” to customerservice@microstamp.us or write to us at Microstamp Online, 2770 East Walnut Street, Pasadena, CA 91107. When writing via snail mail, please include your e-mail address in your letter so that we may accurately remove your e-mail address from our e-mail marketing database.

To Be Removed from Our Direct Mail Marketing List
In addition to our e-mail promotions, we provide our valuable customers with seasonal promotions and updates on new products and services via USPS mail. If you provided us with your shipping address when making a purchase, we will add you to our mailing list. When you write, please provide your complete address and name so that we can accurately remove your contact information from our direct mail marketing database.

Please note that it can take 3-5 business days to completely remove your contact information from our marketing lists. During that time, you may receive additional correspondence from MSO. We apologize for any inconvenience and we thank you for your patience as we process your request.
