How do I place my order by telephone?

Place your order toll free at 800-243-3543 or 626-793-9489 Monday- Friday 8am-5pm PST; closed Saturday and Sunday. Be sure to click on Stamp Questions for answers to many common questions.

What are my payment options?

Microstamp welcomes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card, and PayPal. Wire transfer payments are available on orders of $500 or more.

Am I required to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is charged only to orders shipped to California addresses.

Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, world wide shipping with USPS, UPS and FedEx.

When can I expect my shipment to arrive?

Overall, in-stock item shipments shipped USPS Priority Mail will arrive in 3-7 days, sometimes sooner. Exceptions apply to non-stock items. Custom items take about 2-3 weeks to manufacture.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Due to the unpredictable volume of orders received, items can occasionally go out of stock before we are able to make a note to our online catalog. Microstamp will notify you immediately if your selected item is out of stock. We will inform you of the wait time for replacement stock or point you out to a comparable item. Please note that our steel stamp pieces are often one-of-a-kind and in most cases cannot be replicated.

If my order arrives incomplete or damaged, what should I do?

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at 800-243-3543 or write to us at Please note that online orders process rapidly and shipping may be underway before cancellation is possible. Custom orders are non cancelable.

Will you ship to an alternate address?

If you would like your order shipped to an alternate address (in lieu of billing address) we require the address be on file with your credit card company. Another way we strive to protect you from fraudulent charges.

What is your policy on customer security?

You may shop with confidence, for your purchases are insured from our door to your door. To further protect our customers, we require a signature upon receipt on orders over $500 (exclusive of any USPS, FedEx, or USPS signature waivers requested). Your personal and credit card information is managed on an encrypted site to provide for maximum security. Your e-mail address is used for our promotions only. You may opt out at anytime.
